قبول الشروط

باستخدام تطبيق هات قو أو لوحة المتجر أو هذا الموقع فأنت توافقين على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.

الخدمة

هات قو يربط الزبائن بالمطاعم والمقاهي والمتاجر المحلية في السعودية. يمكنك طلب توصيل أو استلام من المتجر. الدفع بالبطاقة فقط.

حساب الزبون

الاسم والجوال يظهران للمتجر عند الطلب. أنت مسؤول عن صحة البيانات وعن أي تعليق تنشره.

حساب المتجر

المتجر مسؤول عن دقة القائمة والأسعار والتوفر والترخيص النظامي للعمل. رفض الطلب يحتاج سبباً.

المحتوى

أي محتوى يُنشر في الخدمة يبقى باسم صاحبه، مع ترخيص لهات قو لعرضه داخل الخدمة. يحق لهات قو إزالة محتوى مخالف أو مسيء.

الطلبات

الطلب عقد بين الزبون والمتجر. هات قو وسيط تقني. يمكنكِ إلغاء الطلب قبل أن يقبله المتجر. الطلبات التي لا تُقبل تُلغى تلقائياً بعد 15 دقيقة.

الدفع

الدفع بالبطاقة عبر ميسر: مدى، Apple Pay، فيزا، ماستركارد. لا دفع نقدي عند الاستلام. تفاصيل الاسترجاع في صفحة الاسترجاع والإلغاء.

حذف الحساب

الزبون يحذف حسابه من الإعدادات. المتجر يطلب الحذف عبر legal@hatgo.app أو info@hatgo.app.

القانون

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. المحاكم المختصة في السعودية.

Acceptance

Using the HatGo app, store dashboard, or this website means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The service

HatGo connects customers with local restaurants, cafes, and stores in Saudi Arabia. You can order delivery or pickup from the store. Payment is by card only.

Customer account

Name and phone are shown to the store with the order. You are responsible for accurate details and for any comment you post.

Store account

The store is responsible for menu accuracy, prices, availability, and legal authorization to operate. Rejecting an order requires a reason.

Content

Content posted in the service stays owned by the poster, with a license for HatGo to display it. HatGo may remove unlawful or abusive content.

Orders

The order is between the customer and the store. HatGo is a technical intermediary. You may cancel before the store accepts the order. Orders that are not accepted are cancelled automatically after 15 minutes.

Payment

Payment is by card via Moyasar: mada, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard. No cash on delivery. Refund details are on the Refunds and cancellation page.

Account deletion

Customers delete their account from Settings. Stores request deletion at legal@hatgo.app or info@hatgo.app.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Courts in Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction.
